Bonjour

chers amis vous êtes mon dernier espoir j’enchaîne les BSOD depuis quelque temps et je n'arrive pas a m'en sortir
il'y aurait-il une âme charitable pour m'aider

bios à jour ?
pilotes à jour ?
pas d'oc ?
la reference complete de ton pc ou sa description complete...

commence par vérifier avec snappy que tes pilotes sont réellement à jour
desinstalle bitdefender et vois si tu as encore des bsod
qu'as tu oc ? proc ? ram ?

j'ai installer bitdefender hier soir

Installe les
Comme a dit @_Othy_ , l'overclocking peut être la cause de certains BSOD.
Vois aussi ta version de Windows (menu démarrer commande winver) et l'état de ton disque dur (installe crystal disk et hard disk sentinel et envoie nous des captures d'écran)
sur les écrans bleus, il y a écrit qq chose de particulier ?

Bsod = problème de températures CPU " OC désactivé "?
Virus, ram, OC> pâte de conduction thermique et fixation de refroidissement insuffisant., pilotes, Firware SSD HDD ou défaillant, Bios.
Aussi Alimention puissance marque et ref? STP.

pour le moment depuis snappy pas de BSOD (je ne connaissait pas btw)
je joint quand même les capture

SSD: Modèle WDCWD1003FZEX-00K3CA0
Firmware 01.01A01

alim : Corsair RM750x 750W ATX Noir

la RAM était défaillante je l'ai changer il y a 1 mois

le watercooling AIO a moins d'un ans et la pâte thermique je l'ai changer il y a 2 mois de sa


merci pour l'aide jusqu'à présent

Et si tu postais le tableau complet de Crystaldiskinfo " le HDD ".
Tu lui as passer un coup de WDlifeguard?

Fais le test en extented et il te proposera de réparer le HDD " c'est très long ".
Si toujours des soucis:
Change le HDD.
