graphics card problem ( Geforce Gt 610 )

Hi. i have Nvidia Geforce Gt 610 with 348.43 driver version. when i try to update it to 391... version it tells me that it is compatible so when i install the driver and sys physx...etc it tells me everithing is installed and there is no problem. BUT !!! when i restart the pc its like nothing happend the driver is not installed nothing is installed. please give me the solution please !!
