2 vieux PC pour en faire 1

Bonjour à tous,

Je vais faire simple :

On m'a donné 1 pc qui rame afin de lui donner un coup de jeune sans rien dépenser.

j'ai un second PC a disposition sur lequel on m'a dit : fais ce que tu veux des 2 pc pour essayer de tirer parti de l'un des 2

J'ai donc 2 PC pour en faire 1.

je vous joint ici le détail des 2 config, pouvez vous me dire ce qui peut aller ensemble ?

Je souhaiterai faire un diagnostique Virus / trojan etc...

est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'accompagner pour ce diag ?

ils ont mis SEVEN sur ce PC avec 1 Go de ram, pour moi ca ne pourra pas le faire... ??

je poste en spoiler le PC avec 1 Go ram et windows 7

je poste ensuite une second spoiler avec la 2nde config qui est sous XP avec seulement 256 ram

quoi faire ??

mettre les 1GO ram du premier PC sur le 2nd qui n'a que 256 et roule ma poule sur XP ?

laisser les 1GO ram sur le premier PC, rajouter a la limite 256 sd ram comme j'ai essayé au debut et rester sous SEVEN ?? mais la galere, il rame a mort

laisser les 1 GO Ram sur le premier PC, rajouter ou non les 256 ram en rab et passer tout ca sous XP comme le second ?

j'hesite entre la 1ere et la 2 nde solution.


utilisation de la personne : surf internet pour des bricoles, traitement de texte, et gerstion des photos (copier coller basta)

Bon déjà dans ton 1er PC,tu as 3 barrettes de RAM dont une qui est incompatible avec les 2 autres!! ( La barrette Samsung a une fréquence et des timings différents des 2 autres d'ou un risque de plantage )
Mieux vaut enlever celle-là et laisser les 2 autres...et la mettre dans le 2 ème PC.

Passer sous XP n'est pas vraiment une bonne idée comme le suivi de cet OS ne se fait plus ou ne va plus se faire ( plus de mise à jour etc etc )

Mais ça ne sera pas un foudre de guerre ton engin!! le mieux serait que cette personne investisse dans un autre PC...Ca ne reste que mon avis...

xp plus de suivi, ok pas de soucis, mais Seven avec 1 Go ram ca fait pas trop juste ?

car la il rame vraiment a mort...

le 2nd PC est moins performant que le premier ?

je pose la question car j'ai mis les 2 Barrettes de ram soit 1 Go sur le 2é PC qui n'en avait que 256, et il tourne bien (il est sous xp celui ci).

oui je sais avec un mini d'investissement, ce serait mieux, mais la not possible ^^

Tu peux aussi lui mettre une distribution Linux (Ubuntu, Kubuntu....), ça tournera très bien avec 1Go de RAM.

Les barrettes ont toutes le même timing, y compris celle du 2ème PC, lorsque elles tournent à 166 MHz. Possible de faire tourner la ram à 166 MHz si le bus de la carte mère tourne à 133 MHz?

Le 1er PC est plus puissant (avec Seven).
Mais il y a un problème avec son processeur. Malheureusement Aida ne donne pas la référence exacte (alors que pour le 2ème oui: 2400+) donc faudrait enlever le radiateur pour voir ce qui est écrit dessus. Dans tous les cas, le bus de celui-ci devrait tourner à 133 MHz au lieu des 100 MHz actuels.

Si tu peux faire tourner la ram à 166 MHz alors que le bus reste à 133, tu peux ajouter la barrette de ram du 2ème..
Tu peux aussi y ajouter le disque dur
Ca te fera 1.5 Go de ram et 2x80 Go de disque. (il y a 1.25 Go de ram actuellement, pas 1 Go comme tu le dis (?))


De bon vieux souvenir ces Athlon XP.
Mais si tu compte jouer à des jeux récent avec, cesse de rêver :D

Ce n'est pas pour jouer c'est pour ma tante qui l'utilise pour traitement de texte et recherches classiquesbsur internet.

Le premier PC a 1go, les 0 25 en plus c'est la barrette de l'autre PC que j'avais teste et le PC les reconnait bien mais tourne a la fréquence la plus basse des 3 bien sur.

Celui avec seven serait plus véloce alors.

Vous me conseillée de faire un coup de ccleaner etc.... ?

Un diag pour voir si infection ?

Car il s'est mis a ramer a mort selon ma tante. Son fils a essayebde nettoyer appartement car y'a des raccourci comme ccleaner et un spybot qui se met en route au démarrage.

Antivirus :avant. Je préfère antivirus perso... Et vous ?

Celui de Seven a pour l'instant un CPU presque 2 fois moins rapide que le 2ème, c'est pour ça que je parle d'un problème avec son processeur. Il faut absolument régler ce problème.

Et je conseille de faire un format et de tout réinstaller.

Bonjour,

Pour mieux identifier les processeur: CPU-Z

Prendre:

1- La Asus A7N8X-X (config n°1), les deux cartes mère sont basées sur les même composants, et la A7N8X-X a 3 emplacements de ram (l'autre que 2).

2- Atlon XP 2400+, 2Ghz (config n°2) + son ventirad (si il est plus gros), j'ai vérifié le bios est compatible.

3- Trois barrettes de 2x 512Mo PC3200 + 1x 256Mo PC2700. 1.25Go total

4- Carte graphique ATi Radeon 9600 256Mo AGP (config n°1)

5- Les deux disques dur 80Go IDE (a connecter sur deux port IDE différents).

6- Un des lecteur/graveur DVD.

7- Le plus beaux des deux boitiers.

En proviter pour dépoussiérer notamment carte graphique et ventigrad CPU.

Seul investissement peut-être, une pile neuve pour le bios.

Jeanmay, FAUX. Les barrettes les plus rapides tourneront a la vitesse et aux timings de la plus lente tout simplement du moment où les paramètres mémoires dans le bios sont sur "auto" (ce qui est le cas vu l'heure et la date des bios).
L'incompatibilté peut-être matériel (souvent a l'époque) ou parce que dépasse les spécifications de la carte mère (nombre de puces mémoire trop élevé, supporte 2 barretes double face mais as trois...).
La seule chose, c'est qu'il vaut mieux privilégier 2 barretes de mémoire de 512Mo @ 400Mhz et ne pas rajouter une barrette de 128Mo ou 256Mo @ 266Mhz par exemple car dans ce cas on perd plus en performance mémoire (toutes seront à 266Mhz) que l'on gagne en quantité.

PS: Les pilotes, manuel etc sont toujours trouvable sur le site Asus:

Comme je l'ai dis, mais pour le CPU on ne sait pas de quoi il s'agit sur la 1ère config, pas sûr qu'il soit moins puissant donc (on sait juste qu'il tourne moins vite, mais sa fréquence est incorrect). Il faut avant tout l'identifier pour pouvoir juger. Car d'après le reste de la config, le CPU du 1er devrait être plus puissant.

Ah et la ram oui effectivement, si cette barrette de 256 Mo venait du 2ème PC, ça ne sert à pas grand chose de passer à 1.25 Go en 166 MHz au lieu de 1 Go en 200 MHz. Mais pour Seven, c'est effectivement très peu, normal que ça rame pas mal.

premiere fois le PC s'es tfigé durant l'analyse de CPUZ, reset, redémarrage, essai de nouveau et ca marche.

(pr info impossible d'analyser avec maconfig.com par contre ca plante en cours d'analyse systématiquement)

pour la RAM il y a ici 1 Go en 200 Mhz, si je rajoute 0.25 ca tourne en 166 pas de pb, mais ca en vaut la pein a votre avis ?

Pour moi, non, il vaut mieux ne pas mettre la barrette de 256Mo @ 166Mhz, car tu perd plus en performance que tu ne gagne en quantité de mémoire.

Comme CPU-Z n'éclaire pas beaucoup plus, comme la conseillé KyrO_82 plus haut, retire le processeur et donne-nous la référence qui est marquée dessus (dans ce genre là: AX1500DMT3C). Avec la référence on sera sûr.
Penses a mettre le bios a jour ainsi que éventuellement changer la pile du bios si elle est nase.

Ouais, il faut enlever le radiateur et voir ce qui est écrit. Ensuite on pourra te dire comment configurer le processeur.

Moi aussi je pense qu'il vaut mieux 1 Go en 200 MHz... mais les performances seront de toute façon tellement mauvaise que ça ne changera pas grand chose. J'ai franchement un doute au sujet de Seven sur cette machine.

Pour la pâte thermique, je pense que ça serait pas mal de la changer de toute façon, elle doit pas être toute neuve :D

Oui j'ai de la pâte thermique j'ai refait un pc pour ma mère dernièrement

J'enleve le rad ce soir et je vous dis ce qu'il en est.

Je pense plutôt repasser sous XP car franchement je vois mal se en tourner la dessus. Je ne sais pas qui lui a installe seven mais quand ça va pu c'est a moi qu'on refile le bébé lol.

Mais avec un peu d'optimisation, ça pourrait peut être le faire (arrêter tous les services inutiles, utiliser le style visuel basique...)
